2005 year. A serial killer maniac roams the city, who has not been caught for 25 years. Tolik is an ordinary student of a vocational school who dreams of moving to live in the Crimea with his girlfriend Ira. However, one evening a series of unfortunate events begins, forcing the boy to hide from local bandits who they demanded money from him, and then from the police, due to the fact that a brutal murder and robbery was committed in the neighborhood. Finding himself in the wrong place and at the wrong time, Tolik witnesses the attack of an elusive maniac on another victim.
