Dear customers, our company returns and exchanges goods of proper quality in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, which gives you the right to return or exchange a product that does not fit within 14 days of purchase.
Products from the list approved by the Resolution of the CMU of March 19, 1994 No. 172 are not subject to exchange or return.
You can exchange a good quality product for a similar product. Product exchange is carried out within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that the product has not been used, its appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels have been preserved, and there is a sales receipt or cashier's receipt or other document confirming payment of the specified product. The absence of a receipt or other document confirming payment does not deprive you of the opportunity to exchange the product.
In the case of the buyer's rejection of the product of proper quality, the cost of delivering the product and sending it back is paid by the buyer.
According to Article 8 (Part 14) of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", in case of doubts about the quality of the consumed product, such product must be subjected to a specialized examination. Exchange or refund of funds for such goods is carried out only after the results of the examination. The consumer has the right to participate in the product quality check personally or through his representative. After the examination, our managers will inform you by phone about the results and provide a document for confirmation.
